Feeling Sluggish? Need some Flourishing Health?

The Nutrition Problem in the US…

“We have strayed so far from a natural diet that we don’t even know what a natural diet is anymore in the United States. We are exporting our absolutely lousy American diet to every other country in the world and that’s how we are going to take over the world. We are going to give everybody diabetes.” With these words, Jan deBenedetto began his presentation on Noevir BioEssentials at Noevir National Convention in Las Vegas this past August.

The bottom line is that our body cannot produce the micronutrients we need. We have to ingest the vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients. We either have to get them from the food we eat or the vitamins we take.

There is a problem with the food we eat in the US. It has been commandeered by agri-business. To find locally grown produce you often have to go somewhere besides the supermarket. Did you know that average fresh food product is shipped 1400 miles to your grocery store? What’s more, it was developed because it would ship well, not because of how fresh and nutrient rich it is.

Eating out is another saboteur of good nutrition because it is tightly connected to agri-business. In Seattle, 43% of our food dollar is spent on eating out. Studies show that when we dine out we compromise our dietary goals. For example, nationally, thirty percent of all children eat one meal per day at fast food establishments. That means parents are eating there, too. Have you ever forgotten a “Cheerful Meal” and pulled it out from under the car seat 3 months later to see how it looks? I can tell you. It looks like you bought it just 3 minutes ago. It looks fresh. That just goes to show how utterly devoid of nutrition it is!

How bad is it in the US? A quote that is frequently bantered about is, “Americans are the most overfed and undernourished people on the planet.” Studies show that Americans are predominantly malnourished despite our gorgeous supermarkets. Seth Godin, the #1 blogger on the planet writes in his book, The Purple Cow, “Your Grocery Store is also a very public grave yard for mediocre products designed for the masses.” The ingredients in these products were never meant to be in our bodies. These ingredients are approved because they do not kill you right away so.

In addition to thousands of chemical that we cannot even pronounce, our current diets are filled with salt and sugar, and sadly deficient in nutrients. Recently I looked at a label for guacamole to discover that it contained only 4% avocado, one of the most nutrient rich and desirable fats your body is begging for! What was the other 96%? Don’t ask!

You might ask about the RDA or Recommended Daily Allowance. If I take a drug store vitamin that meets the RDA standards isn’t that good enough? Not according to de Beneddetto. He says, RDA simply means you won’t be getting seriously ill right away!

Nutritionists know that what we eat affects how we look, how we feel, how we think and how we act. How we perform physically and emotionally as well as cognitively is directly related to the fuel that we put into our bodies.

Naomi Paulsen, a Noevir Consultant in California and a wellness coach, helps busy professionals create balance in their lives. She shared with that the first thing let go in a busy person’s life is nutrition.

Poor nutrition affects our thought processes, our emotions and our physical body. Have you ever considered that road rage may be associated with malnourished bodies? Might domestic violence have at its core starvation?

I once heard of a man who suffered from a poor diet. How do I know? He had severe gout which is predominantly related to poor diets among rich men! He also was an abuser in the home. Could the abuse that he perpetrated be related to his lack of good nutrition? We may never know, but if we want to live in a safe community, we must make nutrition a center piece of our focus.

A local doctor in the health and wellness field has been advertising on local radio with an advertisement that saying that “cardiovascular disease is the #1 killer in America. This year it will kill more people than all other diseases combined. The first warning for 50% of the people is death.” If this doesn’t scare you into action, what will?

Will an epidemic get your attention? Well we have one in America. It is called obesity. We have another one, too—malnutrition! The Los Angeles Times wrote that we exchanged smoking for obesity. About 1/3 of American adults are obese. How does this relate? DeBenedetto pointed out that the obese are nutritionally deficient. Here are the numbers. Seventy-two percent of American men are overweight or obese. 64% of American women are overweight or obese. Every single one of these people is a good candidate for a great multi-vitamin.

Noevir has just released such a product, a brand new supplement that is state of the art. I will summarize it for you.

Five Reasons to choose Noevir BioEssentials as your supplement of choice.

  1. BioEssentials are five supplements in one—Vitamins, Minerals, Phyto-nutrients, Antioxidants , and Probiotic. They replace Inner Care Foundation and BioDefense—plus some more. Let’s look at probiotics. How do you know you might need more friendly flora in your digestive system for good colon health? Have you made these the top seven probiotic foods the centerpiece of your diet?  Kombucha, sauerkraut, tempeh, kefir, miso, seed cheese, and Ruvelac. If these are not the center piece in your diet, you need probiotics to maintain good gut health.
  2. BioEssentials are designed with optimum levels of nutrition (per the latest scientific research) combined with exquisite balance. You will get way more than the minimal RDA standards. From my observation, there is no reason for me to add in additional calcium or Vitamin D. It is all right here!
  3. BioEssentials contain standardized proportions in each tablet. Each tablet gives you what it says on the label—not a batch technology like with chocolate chip cookies.
  4. BioEssentials are produced in an USP approved facility for good manufacturing practices. This is a tough rating to receive.
  5. BioEssential nutrients are integrated so that they can be assimilated by the body just like your food. It just doesn’t do a one-dump job; it is delivered over time.

Who needs BioEssentials?

Are you getting adequate nutrition? Questions to ask—

  1. Am I overweight?
  2. Do I have love handles?
  3. Do I lack core strength?
  4. Have I noticed changes in how I handle stress?
  5. Am I more short-tempered than I used to be?
  6. Do I have slower mental problem solving ability than I used to?
  7. Am I less alert than I used to be?
  8. Do I have a slower muscle response time than I used to have?
  9. Do I snack incessantly?
  10. 10. Do I crave sweets or salty foods?

If you answered yes to a majority of these questions, then there is a good chance you need supplementation beyond your diet. The good news is that BioEssentials will make a more noticeable difference the more nutritionally deficient your body is.

Can I Make a Difference for Others?

The most cost effective way for your friends and family to get on these nutrients is to register as a consultant and order them via Noevir’s autoship program.

If your friend registers for autoship, there is no shipping charge, delivery is monthly or bi-monthly and at the end of six months he will receive a credit with Noevir to be spent however he likes. Purchase nutrition and get skin care for free!

Let’s look at how you can make a difference in the well being of your friends and family. I like what President Kennedy said so many years ago. “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.” Obviously, our government cannot solve this problem for us, but each of us can be part of the solution in the community where we live.

First of all, get yourself on BioEssentials. Put your order on autoship. Then begin enrolling your friends in this program.

From a business perspective what can this do for your business? When you enroll 100 people on BioEssentials alone you will be adding an extra $50,000 UWV to your unit over a year. This translates into $5000 per month UWV including the bonus credits your friends will be earning. This is simply good business!

When you and your friends get the BioEssentials habit, you will be raising the nutrition bar for yourself and others. You will be making a difference. As Jan deBenedetto said at Convention, the 2010 Health Care Bill was nothing more than moving the chairs on the Titanic. You and I can do more than that. We can get in the trenches and educate our friends. My recommendation—learn all you can about nutrition, BioEssentials and AutoShip and you will be ready to share a more bountiful future with your family and friends!

The audio and visual portions of deBenedetto’s presentation can be found at http://www.NoevirUSA.com under training. I would recommend you do this and share it with your friends.
